Fulton Market, Chicago

Fire, Season,
& Neighborhood

Wood-fired mains, seasonal small plates, and a weekend brunch worth waking up for. In the heart of Fulton Market.

What We Believe

Honest food, live fire,
real neighborhood

"We cook over wood because it makes things taste better — not because it's on trend. We change the menu because the market changes. We're here because Fulton Market needed a place that feels like yours."
— Marco Delgado, Chef & Owner
01

Wood-Fired, Every Time

Our hearth burns hot and steady. Every main hits the flames — char, smoke, and a depth you can't get from a gas range.

02

Seasonal, Not Static

Our small plates change with what's good right now. Spring asparagus gives way to summer tomatoes, then autumn squash, then winter roots.

03

Your Neighborhood Place

No pretense. No velvet rope. Just a bar you can sit at alone, a table for the whole family, and a wine list that doesn't intimidate.

Marco Delgado
built this for you

Marco spent twelve years cooking in other people's kitchens — three in Texas learning smoke, two in New York learning restraint, and seven in Chicago learning what a neighborhood actually needs.

Rosemary & Rye isn't his ego project. It's the restaurant he wanted to walk into after a long service: honest food, a good drink, and a bar where the bartender remembers your name.

The wood-fired hearth at the center of the kitchen isn't a statement. It's just the best way to cook things.

Weekend brunch
is a ritual here

Saturdays and Sundays, 10am to 2:30pm. The same wood-fired hearth, a different kind of magic. Think shakshuka with house-baked bread, smoked salmon Benedict, and cocktails that start the weekend right.

  • Smoked Salmon Benedict on Rye Toast
  • Bourbon Maple French Toast
  • Seasonal Fruit Galette

"The kind of place you bring your parents, your date, or just yourself and a book. The wood-fired chicken alone is worth the trip to Fulton Market."

The Bar

Drinks worth
lingering over

Our wine list leans toward small-production, food-friendly bottles — nothing you've seen on every other list in town. The cocktail program is seasonal, spirit-forward, and built to pair with wood-fired flavors.

Ask your server about the house Negroni — it's been on since day one.
